Service Description
Friday, Sept 5, 7pm • Linstead Beach Enjoy a relaxing floating yoga class on paddleboards with your neighbors. All are welcome to enjoy a soothing yoga flow that is accessible to all levels. We will launch from Linstead beach and paddle just a few strokes into the cove to anchor our boards, and enjoy a floating yoga practice. What to bring (not included): - Paddleboard - Paddle - PFD - Anchor (can be as simple as a dumbbell or kettlebell tied to 8ft cord. Make sure you have a leash cord or ring on your board that you can clip or tie your anchor to. - Headlamp (it will be nighttime when we paddle back to land) Questions? We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to support you as best we can. Please note that all class purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our offerings and limited space, we’re unable to offer refunds for missed classes or cancellations. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if rescheduling is possible (depending on availability) and we're given advance notice of at least 48 hours.
