Service Description

Placing this deposit reserves your spot in our Salty Soul Sisters Retreat in Santa Catalina, Panama on the dates Jan 4-10, 2026. Hooray!! If you are reserving your spot by Sept 1, you're receiving the early bird discount of $250. An $800 non-refundable deposit due at registration. The remaining balance is due by October 15, 2025. Packages: • Private Standard Room $2,800 ​• Shared Standard Double Room $2,350* • ​Shared Deluxe Double Room $2,500* ​• Shared Deluxe Triple Room $2,250* *Guests will have their own single bed in all shared rooms. Deluxe rooms include a kitchenette, 2 seater sofa, and table & chairs inside the room. When Booking: • If you choose to book by credit card, there is a 3% processing fee that applies to your total (it will be added to your remaining balance). • If you choose "Pay in Person", please email carleenbirnes@icloud.com ASAP to receive alternative payment methods (Zelle/Venmo), which avoids the 3% fee.
