Yoga Foundations teaches foundational yoga asana to help recenter your practice or begin a new practice with confidence, support and accessibility. This class is available to all levels, and offers a wonderful starting point for beginners.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to support you as best we can. Please note that all class purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our offerings and limited space, we’re unable to offer refunds for missed classes or cancellations. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if rescheduling is possible (depending on availability) and we're given advance notice of at least 48 hours.
